Researchers found out that a lot of studies suggest that vitamin D which is synthesized in the body in response to sunlight and also found in some food such as fortified milk and fish can help reduce the asthma attach. Giving a vitamin D supplements to asthma patient who are deficient may help with their control. Some of these findings can reduce the pain and increase the life span of some patients.
